Key Responsibility

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Conveys Messages Clearly and concisely using appropriate vocabulary, grammar and tone.
Actively takes initiative for process and team development.
Manage day-to-day customer queries while attaining daily and weekly targets
Maintain client criteria while striving to achieve desired quality.
Responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures specified for the process.
Meet the specified productivity and quality targets every month.
Have complete and updated product knowledge, and on being well acquainted with the product.
Maintain the accuracy of information given to customers.
To work as per the compliance of the customer requirements.
Be a team player and achieve team as well as individual goals.
Works effectively in a group and collaborates with the team effectively.

Skills Required

Good spoken Verbal & written communication skills. Reading between the lines Team players with a disposition to learn Strong problem-solving skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Good grasping ability and Logical reasoning. Customer centricity
Strong understanding of the client organization, business and products
Ability to understand core issues and reply back to the customer with a satisfactory opener and closure
