- Asset Management – Perfect expertise in maintaining IT assets through the complete life cycle (Forecasting, vendor verification, negotiation, purchase, commissioning, inventory management, repairing, replacing and decommissioning/disposal). Ultimately striving for maximum level of service in the most cost-effective manner.
- Effective in asset tool management e.g., Service Now preferred.
- Expertise in all IT Hardware management (inventory for Laptops, Mobile devices, iPad, data center equipment’s servers, routers, and switches )
- Expertise in strong Excel skills, MS Word, IT asset Management tools, Project Management
- Internal and external IT inventory audit experience.
- Take care of asset management for remote global offices.
- Operational experience in challenging environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL process for asset decommissioning.
- Basic idea on the ticketing tool – ServiceNow would be added advantages
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Installing and support printers, VC equipment, zoom equipment
- Effective management of relationships with external partners ensuring continued service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Flexible with work timings and shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Work from office is mandatory.
