Associate Cloud Engineer Bangalore, India

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Actively contributing to the cloud services team.
  2. Installing and managing central computing systems, servers, and their associated operating systems.
  3. Monitoring the performance of central computing resources for optimization.
  4. Recommending hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
  5. Offering consultancy to application and database personnel regarding hardware and operating system environments.
  6. Providing comprehensive documentation to guide operations personnel in their day-to-day tasks related to hardware and operating systems.
  7. Collaborating with clients and other team members.

The Candidate:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in Systems Management, Application Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, or CRM product support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Familiarity with the installation and administration of IIS 6.0/7.0.
  • Knowledge of DNS concepts.
  • Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP.

  • Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
  • Optimistic outlook.
  • Demonstrated high integrity and accountability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment.
