Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively contributing to the cloud services team.
- Installing and managing central computing systems, servers, and their associated operating systems.
- Monitoring the performance of central computing resources for optimization.
- Recommending hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
- Offering consultancy to application and database personnel regarding hardware and operating system environments.
- Providing comprehensive documentation to guide operations personnel in their day-to-day tasks related to hardware and operating systems.
- Collaborating with clients and other team members.
The Candidate:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in Systems Management, Application Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, or CRM product support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-related issues.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Familiarity with the installation and administration of IIS 6.0/7.0.
- Knowledge of DNS concepts.
- Understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP.
